My journey into massage therapy began through my own experience with injury and recovery. After dealing with a frozen shoulder and experiencing firsthand how much of a difference the right treatment could make, I became inspired to pursue massage therapy and help others move and feel better. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked in finance, so I understand the physical toll that long hours at a desk can have on the body. Headaches, neck and shoulder tension, low-back discomfort, poor posture and general stiffness are issues I regularly work with in my practice.

Over the past four years, I’ve developed a treatment style that combines therapeutic deep tissue work with sports and movement-focused techniques. I work with clients of different ages, occupations and activity levels, tailoring each treatment to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. I specialize in deep tissue and dynamic sports massage style of treatment.

Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches and tension, recovering from training, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to provide thoughtful, effective treatment that supports both immediate relief and long-term health.
